20xx年至今在夏李鄉實驗學校教小學五六級的英語。
去年我在「國培計劃—中西部農村骨幹教師培訓項目」這項活動中取得了優異成績，獲得了「北京大學優秀畢業生」的光榮稱號。
我認真貫徹黨的教育方針，忠於職守，兢兢業業，勤學上進。
基礎教育改革實施以來，我積極投入到新課程改革的工作之中，在課改方面進行探究，反思，並取得了可喜的成效，積累了一些經驗。
我製作的課件被評為市級優秀課件。
我多次獲得縣級優秀教師，縣骨幹教師的稱號，我擔任著我校英語組組長，是我校的英語學科帶頭人。
「把書較薄，把學生教活」是我的座右銘。
我認為，當今社會的老師應該是學習型，研究型的老師。
要善於接受新事物，合理利用新科技，才能培養出符合社會需求的新型人才。
新課改進行以來，為了提高自己的業務素質，我經常參加市，縣的各級課改培訓。
利用課餘時間學習《新課程標準》等與課改相關的`書，並將所學習的培訓內容很好的應用到了自己的課堂上。
在參加課改期間，我以新的課程觀，新的教學觀，新的學生觀，新的發展觀來看待學生，細緻備課，備教材，備學情。
在教學中不斷探索新的授課形式，採用探究式教學法，讓學生自己去探索，發現，總結，力求每節課都能在教學新理念，教學環節，教學手段上有新突破。
使教與學成為一種新型的互動關係，教師和學生是合作夥伴，在平等，愉快，和諧的氣氛中提高學生的學習興趣和效率。
