暑假裡的一天，我到外面吃東西時，看到一塊牌扁上有一行字「衝鋒跆拳道俱樂部」南門七樓，我很好奇。於是就挨個找，終於發現了上樓的樓梯，上到五樓時，我看到牆上貼了好多照片，上到七樓，果然看到了跆拳道報名處。一位姐姐坐在那裡，我走上前問：「姐姐這是衝鋒跆拳道嗎？」她說：「是的」我說：「我想學。」姐姐說：「你可以試學一節。」我來到教室，他們已經上課了，教練給我安排了個位置。開始先活動頭部和腰部，再活動手腕和腳腕，這些我都會，因為我學過舞蹈。教練又說：「弓步正拳。」這下我就不明白了。教練看我不會，就上前教我，教練說：「你把前腿彎曲、後腿蹬直，抬左手打右拳，打出的拳要有風。」教練又教了我馬步上端、中端、下端防禦，正拳攻擊等好多動作。上完課後，我覺得學跆拳道很有趣，就讓媽媽給我報了這個班。現在我已經學到黃帶了。
