【摘要】
目的觀察白花前胡丙素和紫花前胡苷對小鼠的祛痰作用。方法利用酚紅作為祛痰效果指示劑，觀察白花前胡丙素和紫花前胡苷的祛痰作用。結果白花前胡丙素和紫花前胡苷能增強小鼠氣管排泌酚紅的作用。結論白花前胡丙素和紫花前胡苷具有祛痰作用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the expectorant role of praeruptofin C and nodakenin in mice with phenolsulfonphthalEin as an expectorant indicator, to observe the expectorant role of praeruptofin C and nodakenin. MethodsPraeruptofin C and nodakenin were able to increase the phenolsulfonphthalein excretion quantity of trachea in mice. ResultsPraeruptofin C and nodakenin were able to increase the phenolsulfonphthalein excretion quantity of trachea in mice. ConclusionPraeruptofin C and nodakenin have the effects of expectorant.

前胡為常用中藥《 中國 藥典》 收載的前胡為傘形科前胡屬植物白花前胡Peucedanumpraeruptorum Dunn.和紫花前胡Peucedanumdecursivum Maxim.的乾燥根，具有散風清熱、降氣化痰功能，主要用於風熱咳嗽痰多，痰熱喘滿，咯痰黃稠。 文獻 報道［1］其水煎劑能顯著增多呼吸道粘液的分泌，具有化痰作用。本實驗從白花前胡和紫花前胡中分別提取得到的白花前胡丙素及紫花前胡苷，進行祛痰作用研究。
1 材料與儀器
1.1 動物NIH小鼠，20～24 g，雌雄各半，由廣西中醫藥研究所動物室提供。
1.2 藥品 白花前胡丙素，白色結晶，不溶於水，臨時用5%吐溫80配製成所需濃度懸液；紫花前胡苷土黃色結晶，臨用時用蒸餾水配製成所需濃度溶液，均由廣西中醫藥研究所化學室黃平提供。氯化銨（廣東汕頭北寧化工廠生產）；阿司匹林（江蘇鹽城市第四製藥廠出品）；酚紅（廣州化學試劑廠生產）；2，4-二硝基苯酚（中國醫藥公司北京公司經銷）。
1.3 儀器 721型分光光度計。
