一、協議內容Content
本著互利互惠的原則，甲乙雙方經友好協商就進口貨物的運輸事宜達成以下協議：Withtheprinciplesofmutualbenefit，thetwopartieswillmakeanagreementonimporttransportasfollowing:
1．由甲方委託乙方辦理香港進口貨物運輸業務，甲方承諾委託之貨物為合法產品；Thefirst
2．甲方委託給乙方的貨物必須真實申報貨物品名、數量、價值、用途等產品，資料必須以
書面形式委託給乙方，如因甲方申報不符所造成的所有責任由甲方負責；Thefirstpartymustprovidethethesecondpartywiththerealinformationofproduct’sname,number,value,purpose.allofthisinformationmustberepresentedtothesecondpartyinawrittenform,asaresultofdiscrepanciescausedbythefirstpartydeclaration,thefirstpartywillberesponsibleforallliability.
3．為確保正常報關和辦理通關手續，乙方有權對進口運輸的貨物進行開箱查檢。Toensuretheregularprocedureofdeclaring,thesecondpartyhasrighttoopentheboxandcheckthegoods.
4．甲方承諾委託之貨物不能夾帶易燃、易爆物品及國家規定禁止進口之物品；
5．甲方託運內容要求更改或取消時，必須書面形式通知乙方，在與乙方操作人員確認可以
退件或終止運輸方可取消訂單；Beforecheckingthecontent,changingorcancelingthetranspotationterms,thefirstpartymustnotifythesecondpartyinwrittenform.Changescanbemadeonlywiththeagreementofthesecomdparty.
6．如是因戰爭.颱風.地震等人力不可抗拒的自然災害所產生的貨物丟失不予賠償給甲方外；由於其它任何原因或情況產生的貨物損壞和丟失，乙方應在損失產生後5天內以全額現金方
式賠償給甲方。Iftheproductsarelostbecauseofthewar,typhoon.earthquakesandotherhumanirresistiblenaturaldisasters,thesecondpartywillnevertakeresponsibility.Duetootherreasonsorcircumstancesarisingfromanydamageandlossofgoods,theywillpay100%compensationforthelossin5daystothefirstparty.
7．甲方索賠需乙方通知甲方貨物丟失之日起15日內提出，過期視甲方放棄賠償；
二、付款方式payment
1．運輸費用Transpotationexpenses（人民幣RMB：￥17/KG計價；提貨費deliveryfee:220元/票，如無需提貨，則不用付提貨費~如果是發從國外直接發快遞到香港公司，要收取
一個200元RMB關稅/票Ifnodelivery,nopayment~iftheproductsaresentfromforeigncountrytoHongKongdirectly,youwillpaytariffof200RMB
此運輸費用為全包價格,不可產生其他任何額外費用.Thispricecontainsallthetransportexpenses,maynotproduceanyextracharges預算到達時間需要3天左右。Deliverytime–3days.
費用支付時間chargefortime：貨到付款cashondelivery
3．甲、乙雙方欲終止本協議，應正式書面通知對方業務部，待確認後協議終止；
三、協議修改agreementmodification
本協議可經雙方書面確認通知另一方修改內容，經雙方共同簽字確認後以簽字日期為
准立即生效，任何修改或補充內容雙方未簽字確認前仍按原協議內容執行。Thisagreementcanbemodifiedandbecomeeffectiveonlywhenbothpartiesmakeanagreementaboutthecontent.
四、法律與仲裁lawandarbitration
如雙方產生法律糾紛並經協商無法達成一致，雙方同意委託當地法院調解，仲裁或訴訟解決。Ifbothsidescannotproducelegaldisputesandcannotreachagreementbynegotiation,bothsidesagreetocommissionalocalcourtmediation,arbitrationorlitigationtoresolve.
五、協議生效agreement
1．本協議自雙方簽訂日起生效，一單一簽，有效期至甲方收貨後7日內確認無異議則自動終止，否則自動順延；ThisAgreementshalltakeeffectfromthedatecontractissignedbybothparties,asinglesign,validuntil7daysafterreceivingconfirmationpartywithoutobjectionwillautomaticallyterminate,orautomaticallyextended.
2．在協議執行過程中，如雙方有何異議，雙方應以友好協商的方法解決。如任何一方要終止協議應提前一個月以書面形式通知對方。任何一方須履行協議中未盡事宜並負相應責任。Ifanydifferentopinionsduringtheexecutionoftheagreement,bothsidesshouldusefriendlyconsultationswaytoreachtheaggrement.Ifanypartywantstoterminatetheagreement,thereshouldbeawrittennoticefromonepartytoanotheronemonthinadvance.Implementationoftheagreementbyeitherpartytobeheldintheoutstandingissuesandthecorrespondingresponsibility.
