From the sixteenth of January to the seventh of February is our Winter Holiday. I think everybody did a lot of things in the Winter Holiday. But I didn't. Let you to listen to my story of Winter Holiday.
I spend a lot of time on the homework… Every day in my Winter Holiday，I always got up late. Then I listened to the tape，it was nine o'clock. Then I ate breakfast and then I did my homework during the daytime！I『m not very slow but the homework was too heavy！
I'm unlucky on the playing too. I played firecracker but I hurt my finger with the fire. I'm careless to kindle the firecracker，so I'm very unlucky.
I still unlucky on my friend's party. In the morning，I wanted to get up early but I woke up at 10：50. After ten minutes，the party would start！ So I only eat a piece of bread then I go to my friend『s
home！And I stay at his home for a long time when I came home. My mother and father were very angry and they scolded me！
I'm worried and feel unlucky on my weigh. Last term，I was 48 kilogram but now I am 51 kilogram！I must to do banting！
But most important，I have gone to Shanghai Ocean Aquarium，I want to go there very much because I want to see the horse，the monkey…in the sea. Now I've done it . It is a bright dot in my Winter Holiday.
There are many colours in my room. My door is white, my bed is pink, my desk is brown, and my chair is brown too. I have a blackboard and many chalks. The blackboard is black, the colours of chalks are blue, green, yellow and red. My room is colourful, I like my room very much.

Of all the knowledge we have， some comes from the books we read， some comes from personal experience in our lives。 Different people attach different importance to different sources。 The young and the educated， for example， may emphasize the former， the old may， however stress the latter。 In my opinion， both book knowledge and personal experience are of equal importance。
Knowledge gained from experience may be firsthand， direct， and unforgettable。 Books in the library may be outdated， giving you useless information。 Everything is changing and so is knowledge。 If you go out to make on the-spot investigations instead of depending on books， it is likely that you may be pleasantly surprised。 Moreover， knowledge you get from your own experience will be everlasting。 Therefore， it is important that students get involved in practical activities to accumulate different kinds of experience。
Experience， however， is limited in terms of time and space。 It is impossible for anyone to experience everything to get the knowledge he needs。 In addition， society is developing so fast that new problems come up with surprising speed。 Over depending on experience could， therefore， make a person narrow minded and prejudiced。
Books are a summary of the wisdom of our ancestors。 The best way to gain know ledge is， of course， to read books， and in the meantime， participate in various kinds of practicaL activities。 A combination of the two will sure[y make us full and well informed。
on saturday, we went camping, with our teachers.
first we pitched the tent. then our older brothers and older sisters played game with us. at noon, we all had a delicious lunch followed by a barbecue for dinner. at night, we had bonfire and sang and danced. we didn』t sleep until 10:20 at night. but some of the boys were so noisy we couldnt fall alseep. i only slept for three hours. the net morning, everybody woke up very early. after eercising in the morning, we all went to see the small pigs. on the way there, we saw a lot of geese. at 10:00, we went back to eat ice cream. it was so cold. then, we all played games together. we ate lunch at 12:00.
in the afternoon, we played musical instruments and sang. after that, camp was over. we had a lot of fun at the summer camp. i am looking forward o going to another summer camp soon.
My Choice
Though I am a child, my parents will not force me to do things as their words. They always tell me the choices and let me make my own decision. Actually, the finally decision I make is what they want me to do. I feel to be respected, because they help me to make the right choice and treat me as an adult.
