Expression of survivin in human colon carcinoma and its clinical significance
【Abstract】 AIM: To investigate the expression of survivin and its relationship with the clinical feature of colon carcinoma. METHODS: In 46 specimens of colon carcinoma and adjacent noncancerous colon tissues, the expression of survivin was detected by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: Of the 46 cases of colon carcinoma, 28 cases expressed survivin but survivin was not detected in adjacent noncancer ous colon tissues. The expression of survivin in colon carcinoma was not associated with the patients age, gender and differentiated level (P>0.05), but with the metastasis of colon carcinoma (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The high expression of survivin in colon carcinoma suggests that it plays an important role in the development and metastasis of colon carcinoma.

【摘要】 目的: 檢測結腸癌組織中凋亡抑制蛋白survivin的表達， 分析 survivin與結腸癌臨床特徵的關係. 方法 : 採用免疫組織化學技術檢測46例結腸癌組織和癌旁結腸組織中survivin的表達. 結果: 46例結腸癌組織中survivin基因表達28例,癌旁結腸組織中無survivin基因的表達. Survivin的表達與結腸癌的發病年齡、性別、分化程度無關(P>0.05),而與結腸癌的轉移有關聯性(P<0.05). 結論:在結腸癌中survivin的表達能促進結腸癌的發生 發展 和轉移.

0引言
結腸癌是消化系統常見的惡性腫瘤之一, 生存素(survivin)是迄今最強的凋亡抑制因子,在人類大多數腫瘤組織（如結腸癌、乳腺癌、胃癌）中有表達,而不見於成人終末分化的組織［1-3］. 我們發現survivin在結腸癌組織中,尤其是有轉移的結腸癌組織中表達明顯,而在癌旁正常組織中不表達.
1材料和方法
1.1材料
200207/200408結腸癌患者46(男28，女18)例， 年齡35~82(平均59)歲. 術前均未接受放化療. 病理診斷均經過我院病理科專家組覆核無誤. 標本選取包括腫瘤原發病灶、癌旁正常組織和淋巴結. 用40 g/L甲醛固定，由病理科進行包埋、切片、HE染色和免疫組織化學染色.
