雅思考試中選擇題並不是一個重點考題，但是選擇題確實一個必做不可的題目。由於選擇題並不需要填寫單詞，因此對於那些苦於單詞拼寫的同學，選擇題就是他們的救命稻草了。
二、難點及應對
閱讀速度
由於雅思考試需要邊聽邊做，因此在內容開始之前將試卷通讀一遍是非常重要的，但是由於考試的時間是有限的，如果當需要讀的信息比較多的時候可能沒有辦法讀完。

當然此題可以通過同義詞互換做出來，也就是這邊標註了答案的地方:sheer volume和C選項中的impressive size是類似的意思。但是很多同學會發現，這個詞比較難聽懂。也就無法很快的找到答案了。
