　　六級聽力長對話第二篇屬於商務類之談判話題，場景詞有runthe campaign, trade fairs, specifications of the advertisement, initialproposal, fee, lose business, solution等。
　　man speaker和womanspeaker為了達到自己的談判目標，步步逼緊，所以對話節奏緊湊，思路清楚。以woman speaker的一段為例，Well,can we summarize the problem from my point of view? First of all, the campaignwas late. It missed two important trade fairs. The ads also did not appear intokey magazines. As a result, the campaign failed. Do you accept that summary ofwhat happened? 她以一般疑問句的形式開頭，提出論點，即summarize the problem接著用First of all和also來分述論據;最後以as a result收官，並且再次以一般疑問句的形式向對方發出挑戰，Do you accept?
