HR Assistant(人事助理) 樓氏電子(蘇州)有限公司 樓氏電子(蘇州)有限公司,樓氏 1.Responsible for various admin tasks in reception, including phone answering and transferring, visitors receiving, mail/newspaper/magazine distribution,
2.Responsible for vehicle and shuttle bus arrangement
3.Responsible for booking air-tickets/train tickets and reserving hotels as necessary
4.Responsible for ordering meals for employees and visitors
5.Responsible for purchasing various office supplies.
6.Responsible for monitoring cleaners work performance to ensure office area in good condition
7.Responsible for support security guard team to ensure visitor reception in accordance with company polices.
8.Responsible for coordinating various team building activities.
9.Miscellaneous office administration affairs assigned by HR manager.
任職要求:
1.Bachelor degree
2.No working experience is acceptable. Relative experience in HR would be a plus.
3.Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel, Word and and PowerPoint.
4.Better English skills in verbal and written.
5.Better communication skill and team work.
6.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material in a discrete and professional manner.
7.Better data analysis sense. Attention to details.
8.Honest, integrity, systematic and dedication to work is a must, and an excellent health is expected.
1.負責前台各項行政工作,包括電話接聽和轉接,訪客接待,郵件/報紙/雜誌分發,
2.負責車輛和班車的安排
3.負責預訂機票/火車票,並根據需要預定酒店

任職要求:
1.學士學位
2.沒有工作經驗是可以接受的。有人力資源相關工作經驗者優先。
3.熟練使用MS Office辦公軟體,尤其是Excel、Word、PowerPoint。
4.較強的英語聽說讀寫能力。
5.較強的溝通能力和團隊合作精神。
6.能夠獨立、專業地處理敏感和機密材料。
7.更好的數據分析意識。注意細節。
8.誠實、正直、系統、敬業,身體健康。
