Job Responsibilities:
1. Generate monthly sales reports and management reports as required
2. Work closely with National Sales Coordinator and become expert user on Aon Connect system (Oracle CRM), be a go to person for colleagues, respond to queries as required
3. To make sure that the system KPIs achieve targets
4. Monitor the system usage quality including login frequency and proper use of opportunities (standard format of opportunity name, important documents uploaded, information updates), Leads, Case Managements, team members on Accounts and Opportunities, sales activities and contacts
5. Work with National Sales Coordinator to produce win of the month posting for internal and external usage
6. Work with National Sales Coordinator in Campaign management on system with respect to campaign/seminar lead management/follow-up
7. Undertake local research on prospects / industry sectors as directed by the branch sales leader / sales team
8. Work with national strategy & marketing team as well as local sales teams in organizing local marketing events
9. Take and produce meeting minutes of sales meetings
10. Produce ad hoc PowerPoint presentations as required
11. Other projects under the direction of Sales Management

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree holder
2. Willingness to work towards a professional qualification in Insurance
3. Good communication skills
4. High level of IT competency including major Microsoft Office applications
5. Good presentation skills will be an advantage
6. Quick learner and team player
7. Good time management skills, ability to work to deadlines / work under pressure
8. Some experience of project management / Oracle CRM would be useful

The Training Coordinator supports the Academic Team to ensure that training and classroom management are operating in an organised and efficient manner. Acting as an information share point that hold the Academic Team and Trainees together while being able to balance multiple needs, trainings and tasks at the same time. The Training Coordinator should be adept with great communication and organisational skills to work closely with and on behalf of the Academic Team to help strategize and implement tasks and targets crucial to the delivery of classes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Organise, schedule, track and record the creation and delivery of training programs
• Ensure all training documents, software and databases related to training assets are accurately
maintained and kept up to date
• Perform lesson materials and LIVE class translation tasks when required
• Work as part of the Academic Team to capture, document, update, and implement viable training
solutions
• Act as a liaison between Academic Team and Trainees to communicate information quickly and
succinctly, while maintaining a positive attitude and professional approach to ensure that training
requirements and best practices are carried out
• Prepare and acclimatize new trainees to classroom Pipeline
• Track trainees』 tasks progress, ensuring that internal and external targets are met
• Anticipate challenges and communicate those to Academic Team
• Take detailed and comprehensive notes in dailies and meetings
• Responsible for the departmental administrative tasks
• Looks for opportunities to streamline and improve the flow of information between departments
ESSENTIAL SKILS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
• Exceptional people skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Be confident and
enthusiastic when communicating in person and/or over the phone
• Strong planning and organizational skills: great time-management, with the ability to prioritise
workload combines with a sense of urgency, work well under pressure and meet multiple critical
daily deadlines
• Detail orientated; critical thinking and problem-solving skills; willingness and ability to learn new
skills & technologies
• Able to work autonomously yet work well within a team
• Familiarity of live-action and CG based visual effects workflows
• Basic understanding of common file formats and resolution
DESIRABLE SKILLS
• Previous Experience in the Education and VFX Industry
• Thorough knowledge and ability to use Shotgun and to learn tools quickly and effectively
• Basic photography skills with Photoshop and Premiere Pro knowledge
• Lateral thinking skills
