第二段：分2-3點說為什麼他強壯。1. 每天吃10頓飯，He has ten meals everyday! 詳舉吃的`是什麼。2. 每天運動2小時，He does exercise 2 hours a day! 詳舉做了什麼運動。
第三段：經過第二段的論證，可以得出結論。但請注意，不能完全照抄第一段，要有升華。也可以提出希望和建議等。如，How strong and robust XQ is! I hope to be him one day!
