Women and men may not dealt with in many field especially in the job market with female graduates affected the most.The figure indicates that more than 90 percent of female students experience gender discrimination in the force labour,while more than 40 percent of believe it is harder for women to get an offer than men. 「men only」signs appeared frequently on recruit company,women are are refused by their image of delicate and lack of independent as people considered.So that women always lose many chances in choosing favorable job. Additionally ， for same work,women receive lower payment at their job than men. Another statistic shows that women represent 50 percent of middle management and professional positions but the percentages of women at the top of organizations represent not even a third of that number which can not but arouse our thinking why do we have so few women leaderThat’s recessive gender discrimination.In the absence of gender discrimination stress patriarchal society,in order to realize their own value,women must pay double or even several times effort than men.
Finally,the ideas that son preference and discrimination against girls took strong root since ancient time,every family continues to have children until they have a boy,if they have a girl,they would like to have another child.Killed,aborted or neglected,at least 100 million girls have disappeared and the number is rising. As we can see from above analysis,women still encounter discrimination or unfair treatment in many achieve the 「equality of men and women」We still have a long way to go.

一般來說，認識自己是件難事。難就難在這裡不僅有科學與迷信、真理與謬誤、良知與偏見 的鬥爭，而且有不同價值取向的衝突。"人是什麼"的問題勢必與"人應該是什麼"、"人 能夠是什麼"的問題緊相糾纏。同樣，"女人是什麼"的問題總是與"女人應該是什麼"、 "女人能夠是什麼"的問題難分難解。正是問題的這一價值內涵使得任何自我認識同時也成 了一個永無止境的自我評價、自我設計、自我創造的過程。
在人類之外畢竟不存在一個把人當作認識對象的非人族類，所謂神意也只是人類自我認識的 折射。女性的情形就不同了，有一個相異的性類對她進行著認識和評價，因此她的自我認識 難以擺脫男性觀點的糾纏和影響。人們常常爭論：究竟男人更理解女人，還是女人自己更理 解女人？也許我們可以說女人"當局者迷"，但是男人並不據有"旁觀者清"的優勢，因為 他在認識女人時恰恰不是旁觀者，而也是一個當局者，不可能不受慾念和情感的左右。兩性之間事實上不斷發生誤解，但這種誤解又是同各性對自身的誤解互為前提的。另一方面，我 們即使徹底排除了男權主義的偏見，卻終歸不可能把男性觀點對女性的影響也徹底排除掉。 無論到什麼時候，女人離開男人就不成其為女人，就像男人離開女人就不成其為男人一樣。 男人和女人是互相造就的，肉體上如此，精神上也如此。兩性存在雖然同屬人的存在，但各 自性別意識的形成卻始終有賴於對立性別的存在及其對己的作用。這種情形既加重了、也減 輕了女性自我認識的困難。在各個時代的男性中，始終有一些人超越了社會的政治經濟偏見 而成為女性的知音，他們的意見是值得女性學家重視的。
對於女人，有兩種常見的偏見。男權主義者在"女人"身上只見"女"，不見"人"，把女 人只看作性的載體，而不看作獨立的人格。某些偏激的女權主義者在"女人"身上只見"人 "，不見"女"，只強調女人作為人的存在，抹殺其性別存在和性別價值。後者實際上是男 權主義的變種，是男權統治下女性自卑的極端形式。真實的女人當然既是"人"，又是"女 "，是人的存在與性別存在的統一。正像一個健全的男子在女人身上尋求的既是同類，又是 異性一樣，在一個健全的女人看來，倘若男人只把她看作無性別的抽象的人，所受侮辱的程 度決不亞於只把她看作洩慾和生育的工具。
值得注意的是，隨著西方文明日益暴露其弊病，愈來愈多的有識之士從女性身上發現了一種 療救弊病的力量。對於這種力量，藝術家早有覺悟，所以歌德詩曰："永恆之女性，領導我 們走。"與以往不同的是，現在哲學家們也紛紛覺悟了。馬爾庫塞指出，由於婦女和資本主 義異化勞動世界相分離，這就使得她們有可能不被行為原則弄得過於殘忍，有可能更多地保 持自己的感性，也就是說，比男人更人性化。

我覺得不然--------
久聞<紅與黑>的盛名，今天得以白讀（借的）。原先一直因為結尾的悲劇性，而把讀它的想法束之高閣，讀完我卻是舒了口氣，
出生貧寒使他仇視富人，博學多才又叫他鄙視窮人
厭惡自己的出身，又仇恨追求的地方。可是，結局卻是峰迴路轉，於連死了，他不是被社會抹殺的，他是被司湯達扼殺的，我認為（有腦子的人都應該有主見，對錯放兩旁）司湯達在最後是對讓他處處碰壁的社會做了一次妥協，應該說是懺悔，而後人卻一直這悲劇的結局當做對後人的警鐘，對，讓有雄心的窮人們放棄奮鬥，放棄所謂是不擇手段的奮鬥，這就是全世界所有得勢階級所要看到的結果。沒有人比他們更清楚------------他們自己，或者他們的祖上， 就是不擇手段起家的。
比起<紅與黑>，我更欣賞巴爾扎克的<高老頭>和莫泊桑的<漂亮朋友>，比起紅與黑里的於連，拉斯蒂惺和杜洛華，才是於連真正人生該有的結局，當然，他們不是統治階級想要看到的社會意義上的楷模。
男人的捷徑是女人，100多年前，還 沒女權主義的時代，法國的文學巨匠就告訴我們了，只要是關於人性的，那他就是永恆的（除非人類滅絕），

Feminism is a discourse that involves various movements, theories, and philosophies which are concerned with the issue of gender difference, advocate equality for women, and campaign for womens rights and interests. According to some, the history of feminism can be divided into three waves. The first wave was in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, the second was in the 1960s and 1970s and the third extends from the 1990s to the present. Feminist theory emerged from these feminist movements.It is manifest in a variety of disciplines such as feminist geography, feminist history and feminist literary criticism.
Feminism has altered predominant perspectives in a wide range of areas within Western society, ranging from culture to law. Feminist activists have campaigned for womens legal rights ； for womens right to bodily integrity and auto）●（nomy, for abortion rights, and for reproductive rights ； for protection from domestic violence, sexual harassment and rape;for workplace rights, including maternity leave and equal pay; and against other forms of discrimination.
During much of its history, most feminist movements and theories had leaders who were predominantly middle-class white women from Western Europe and North America. However, at least since Sojourner Truths 1851 speech to American feminists, women of other races have proposed alternative feminisms. This trend accelerated in the 1960s with the Civil Rights movement in the United States and the collapse of European colonialism in Africa, the Caribbean, parts of Latin America and Southeast Asia. Since that time, women in former European colonies and the Third World have proposed "Post-colonial" and "Third World" feminisms. Some Postcolonial feminists, such as Chandra Talpade Mohanty, are critical of Western feminism for being ethnocentric. Black feminists, such as Angela Davis and Alice Walker, share this view.
Since the 1980s Standpoint feminists argued that feminism should examine how womens experience of inequality relates to that of racism, homophobia, classism and colonization.In the late 1980s and 1990s postmodern feminists argued that gender roles are socially constructed,and that it is impossible to generalize womens experiences across cultures and histories.

畫師已經全部聚集。「皇上駕到！」隨著一聲吶喊，一件龍袍出於眼前。我那個黃色的影子徑直走來，搖搖晃晃。我的眼神聚焦於那個臉，心中的那條山谷突然裂開，湧進了涓涓細流:秀氣？書香？怎麼不見了？不……不！這怎麼回事！為什麼是一個五官不正，皮膚黝黑，賊眉鼠眼的農民！我該怎麼辦，是真實還是虛假，是道德還是官職！皇上坐了下來:「開畫！」我的心一抖，斜著眼瞟了左右兩人一眼，他們已經動筆了，春拂面色。半個時辰過去了，我拿著毛筆，一動不動地站在那。瞬間，師傅的話拂現與我耳：「徒弟啊！我們畫家要講究真實，講究畫德和意境，不能因為了畫畫而去畫，要因為了含義而去畫！」希望閃閃發光，我的眼前似乎被火花點亮，我昂頭挺胸，點點頭：師傅，我懂了」畫筆在紙上舞蹈……

「什麼特殊含義，道來聽聽！」我依舊跪在地上，把我畫前所想構出的寓意一一道來：「皇上，在這幅畫中，您雖然五官不正，但是，您的鼻子，您的下巴都是住天上翹的啊！據史書記載，這五官是有天子之命的呀！」皇上雙手背靠，我慢慢抬頭，皇上眉頭一皺，看著那幅「天子之畫」，眼中的那團烈火漸漸熄滅，充滿渴望及崇尚……
我踏著沉重的步伐，搖搖擺擺，汗浸濕衣裳……
