[摘要]：聲樂應試表演時，經常出現跑調、踩不住節奏、肌肉緊張、心率加速、記憶短暫空白等現象。本文分析了造成這些現象的原因是心理訓練不到位，因而，在訓練過程中，從掌握良好的技巧、提高自身的修養、增強自信心、積極參加各種表演等方面，來重視培養良好的心理素質，這樣才能在應試中成為佼佼者。

[Abstract]: When the vocal music takes an exam the performance, appears frequently runs adjusts, cannot step on the rhythm, the muscle is anxious, the heart rate acceleration, the memory short spatially waits in vain the phenomenon. This article analyzed has created these phenomena the reason is the psychological training does not arrive, thus, in the training process, from grasped the good skill, enhances own tutelage, the enhancement self-confidence, positively participates in aspect and so on each kind of performance, took to raise the good psychological quality, like this could become the outstanding person in taking an exam.
