here與there的用法區別

從含義上看，兩者是一組反義詞，但它們在用法卻極為相似：
1. 兩者均可用於句首引出某人或某事物，此時若主語是名詞，則倒裝(即主語放在謂語動詞之後）。如：
Look, here comes the teacher! 瞧，老師來了。
There goes the last train! 最後一班火車開走了!
但是，若主語是代詞，則不要倒裝。如：
There she goes! 她過去了。
2. 兩者均可放在名詞後作定語，以引人注意。如：
My friend here saw it happen. 我這位朋友就看見了它是怎樣發生的。
How about the living there? Is it cheap? 那裡的生活怎麼樣? 便宜嗎?
3. 兩者雖然都是副詞，但卻可用於某些介詞後作賓語。如：
It’s very cold in here. 這裡面很冷。
He lives somewhere near there. 他就住在那一帶。
注意，here 和 there 放在介詞後作賓語的用法是有限制的，一般只能放在 from, in, near, over, out of, round, through, down, around等之後，而不能隨意與其他介詞連用。如：
誤：I’ve never been to here (there).（應去掉 to）
4. 在口語或非正式文體中，here’s 和 there’s 有時可用在複數名詞前。如：
Here’s your keys. 這是你的鑰匙。
There’s some children at the door. 門口有幾個孩子。
5. 兩者均可用作感嘆詞：here 主要用來引起對方注意，通常譯為“喂”；there 主要用來安慰某人，可譯為“好啦”“得啦”。如：
Here, let me try it. 喂！讓我來試試看。
There, there! Stop crying. 好啦，好啦! 別哭了。
