【摘要】 目的 了解浦東新區中醫藥適宜技術的應用、政策環境等現狀，為研究中心城區社區中醫適宜技術應用模式提供依據。方法 選取浦東新區中心城區社區衛生服務中心的中醫臨床醫師，用統一的調查表進行問卷調查。結果 調查11家社區衛生服務中心的55位醫護人員，顯示中醫藥適宜技術的應用狀況尚可;11家社區衛生服務中心中醫藥適宜技術社區應用的政策環境喜憂參半。結論 浦東新區中醫藥適宜技術的應用有一定基礎，政策環境較好，但仍有很多不盡如人意之處，提高中醫藥適宜技術的利用度方面大有可為，推進中心城區社區中醫適宜技術的應用任重道遠。

[Abstract] Objective To find out the situation of Chinese traditional medicine appropriate technology application and policy environment.To provide evidence for research about center community Chinese traditional medicine appropriate technology.Methods Selected Chinese traditional medicine clinical doctor of health service center in Pudong district.Results It showed the passable situation for application of Chinese traditional medicine appropriate technology in 55 health care workers of 11 community health service centers.But the policy environment in 11 community health service centers was not so good as we concerned.Conclusion The application base and policy environment of Chinese traditional medicine appropriate technology in Pudong district are fine but unsatisfactory.Availability and application of Chinese traditional medicine appropriate technology should be raised and proved.

在大力推進城鎮醫藥衛生體制改革的新形勢下，為探索和拓寬社區衛生服務領域，推動中醫藥進社區工作的開展，充分發揮中醫藥在社區衛生服務中的優勢和特色，滿足社區居民對中醫藥的服務需求，進一步夯實中醫藥的群眾基礎，真正讓人民群眾感受到中醫藥在預防、 治療 、康復、保健、養生等方面的優勢，弘揚傳統醫學，服務人民群眾，同時為開展浦東新區科技 發展 基金資助項目「中心城區社區中醫藥適宜技術應用模式的研究」提供依據，筆者進行了本次調查。
1 對象與方法
1.1 調查對象 選取地處浦東中心城區的11家社區衛生服務中心，採用隨機抽樣法在每個中心抽取5位從事中醫臨床工作的醫護人員，共55名。
1.2 方法 採用由復旦大學公共衛生學院教授指導下編制的調查表，由經統一培訓的衛生專業技術人員進行面對面調查。調查內容主要包括：社區醫務人員中醫藥適宜技術應用現狀、浦東新區中醫適宜技術社區應用的政策環境。
1.3 資料錄入和分析 調查表統一編號，採用Epidata 3.1雙份錄入並邏輯糾錯，SPSS 11.5建立資料庫進行分析。
2 結果
